Rybbs /rɪ́bz/ (female)

Whether you think of ribs as the bony protectors of some of your most essential organs, fundamental structural components in ship-building, or just something delicious to gnaw on, there’s no disputing the efficacy of this little powderkeg that burst onto the scene in fall of 2012. As is typical of names like this, Rybbs distances itself from actual ribs through a simple spelling variation. This, of course, is simply to remind us that this is a name above all else, not simply an homage to anatomy.
