Doughbly /dóbli/ (male)

Without a doubt, this 2013 name owes its existence to Mowgli, the main character in Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. A softer, more buttery version of that exotic classic, Doughbly is a friendly and rotund name that is extremely pleasing to the ear. While some have complained that the softness of the name has a tendency to infect the child’s physique, only those with an archaic view of body image would be bothered by such a thing.
“Doughbly said my skin was like Christmas morning. What do you think he means by that?”
